He Who Has It
He who has it doesn't tell it. He who takes it doesn't know it. He who knows it doesn't want it. What is it?
He who takes nothing doesn't know it? I'm not sure it fits. STD works (although a little bit grown up) while fart doesn't work (again, wouldn't you know it if you took it somehow?).
Counterfeit money is the official answer, not that other answers don't work.
