I Get Dizzy Just Thinking About It
What day is two days before the day after the day three days after the day before Tuesday?

I got it as Monday, but I was getting confused, and since reading the answers on here, I'm not not sure; but I think I'll stick with Monday.

It is Wednesday. You read the question backwards and work it from Tuesday. "What day is two days before the day after the day three days after the day before Tuesday?" Tuesday. The day before Tuesday is Monday. Three days after Monday is Thursday. The day after Thursday is Friday. Two days before Friday is Wednesday. :D I didn't look at the answers before I did this, either. =] I'm proud.

For those asking how do you know which answer is the right one. It's mine, of course! ;-)
ReplyDeleteJust kidding. There have been many times people have gotten the answer right when I was wrong.
But the theory is, every (week)day I post a new question and the next day I post the answer. If I'm wrong, people usual point it out.
As for this question, the answer is Wednesday.

(-2+1+3-1 = +1) = (Tuesday + 1) = Wednesday
