A 100 meter long train is traveling at 100 meters per minute. It must pass through a tunnel of 100 meters in length. How long will it take to pass completely through?

ReplyDeleteI should have known you'd get this one right away. 2 minutes is the answer. It takes one minute for the front of the train to exit, another minute to get the back end out.
